Fazenda São Domingos shows how heritage and innovation can work hand in hand. Founded by the Frozoni family in the 1960s and now cared for by Marco and Maria Guardabaxo, the farm has grown into one of Mogiana’s most respected producers. 

Together with manager Ivan Cirino and a dedicated team, they balance modern processing with genuine care for the land and community. São Domingos runs on clean bio-fuel energy, protects more than 80 hectares of native forest, and continues to refine its craft with a focus on quality, sustainability, and the people who make it possible..
