El Carmen has a special place in our hearts, it’s a delicious coffee from a group of incredible producers, who we had the pleasure of meeting for the first time in November 2016. It’s a quintessential Colombian coffee, roasted to a medium profile and perfect for espresso or filter.
One of the most established associations that Raw Material are working together with in Colombia. The producers of El Carmen were given a better opportunity to enter the specialty coffee market, with better infrastructure and a stable income to reinvest in production of better quality coffees.
